Refund Policy
Cancellations by us
If any sessions are cancelled by us we will offer you a full refund for that session. Alternatively the fee for the cancelled session can be taken off next terms fees.
Cancellations by you
We understand signing up for a full term can be a big commitment, therefore if you decide after two sessions the class is not for you/your child we will over you a 80% refund of the remaining term. If you change your mind after the two sessions no refund will be given. If for any reasons due to personal circumstances you/your child do not attend any/some of the sessions we cannot offer you a refund. If you cancel a class or camp less than 48 hours before the start date no refund will be given.
Class Fees
We require all class fees to be payable upfront before the date specified.
School Cancellations
If our services have been booked in advance/confirmed by the school and the booking is cancelled within 7 days before the start date no fee will apply. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the start date or if any sessions are cancelled by the school during the term, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking will be required.
Discounts
We offer a 10% sibling discount.
